Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident when you order from us. Because many of our products are made-to-order, our return policy focuses on clarity, fairness and transparency.


Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or with a manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Customer file errors (formatting, resolution, typos)
• Colour variations inherent to digital printing


Return Window

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.


How to Request a Return

Email us at contact@corkco.co.uk with:
• Your order number
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect or damage

We may ask for the item to be returned for inspection.


Replacements & Refunds

If we confirm a manufacturing defect:
• We will repair or reprint the item at no cost
• Return postage will be refunded if a return is required

If a replacement cannot be provided, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

Refunds for approved claims are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once approved.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only if production has not begun.
If work has started, a £50 admin fee applies as outlined in our Terms & Conditions.
